1. When & How to Return

Window: Ship your return within 3 days of delivery (we’ll use the carrier’s tracking date).

Initiate Online: Log into your account at https://account.pellishoes.com/orders, find your order, and click “Return.” You’ll be able to print your return invoice and shipping label right from the site.
- Please note: We don’t offer size exchanges. Simply return your item and reorder your desired size.
2. Keep ‘Em Like New

Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags and the original box included.

Pro Tip: Try them on over carpet or a soft surface—that way, you can still return them if they don’t feel right.
3. Return Shipping

To keep our prices fair, customers cover the return-shipping cost.

Once you’ve printed your label, simply package your shoes securely and hand them off to your chosen carrier.

For regular-priced items, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. -
SALE Items are completely non-refundable.
